A program that is fully compatible with professional life

The program lasts 18 months and begins every year in September. Courses are followed one day per week, usually on Monday. Each month, students attend a two and a half day seminar and there are two trips per year, to London and Brussels. The four weeks study trip to California takes place in June.

The Consulting Project

At the end of the course, students will submit a Consulting project, which is the result of personal research. Under the direction of a tutor, the student is expected to go beyond a mere examination and study of documentary material so as to postulate a genuine set of issues whilst offering real and substantial solutions. The Consulting project is examined orally by a jury composed of senior managers from the insurance industry and a representative of the IIM / Cnam. Consulting projects of exceptional quality may also be published.

Conditions for obtaining the MBA degree

All course modules are subject to assessment (continuous assessment, individual and group work). The diploma MBA Manager specialising in Insurance is conferred by the Cnam-IIM after examination of the candidate by a jury at the end of the course and on condition the student has reached a minimum of 10 in all marks during the course and is given a mark of at least 12 (average) by the examining jury for his/her Consulting project.
