Olivier de Lagarde, a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and holder of a university diploma in 20th century history, began his career in Lebanon where he was both a teacher and a head of project with the l'Agence universitaire de la francophonie.
From 200 to 2005 he worked as a consultant in strategy for insurance and banking institutions with PL7 Conseil, d'Eurogroup, and then with Axelerae as an associate.
He obtained an MBA at Enass in 2002 before becoming, first Head of Studies and Develpoment of l'Enass-AEA in 2005, and then general director. He has been deputy director of Enass since 2008.
